Amazing thermal pools to relax in!
The noise from neighboring units was unbearable. I expected more privacy in a so-called suite. The room decor was embarrassingly outdated and tired. The dinner menu lacked variety and was below average. Overall, the experience was far from what I anticipated.

This place surprised us with stunning views of Arenal Volcano, friendly staff, and an incredible breakfast selection! The grounds are immaculate, showcasing the local wildlife. Every morning, we were greeted by delightful towel animals in our spacious room. It truly made our stay unforgettable and special for our family celebrations.

The staff was attentive and, you know, they surprised us with beautiful, decorated treats in our room for the special occasion. And let’s not forget the hot springs, you just can’t beat that view while soaking in relaxation.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, it was worth every dime.

The Arenal Manoa Resort & Hot Springs provided a stunning environment with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day of meetings and excursions. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made sure all my needs were met during my stay. Breakfast options were plentiful and of high quality, ensuring a great start to each day.
The air conditioning was fixed at 26C and the shower temperature fluctuated.
